Our Total Control speciality training package provides the training you need for total on-leash and off-leash control. This package includes targeted training exercises and games to reach your goals and includes 6 Private Training sessions as well as one Private School session. FEATURES - Open to all training stages - 6, 1-hour in-person or online training sessions - 1, Private School Session - Training sessions tailored to on/off leash goals INCLUDED - On-Leash Obedience - Off-Leash Obedience - Recall Training - Impulse Control - Polite Walking - Games & Exercises - Engagement & Motivation Techniques - Building Focus & Engagement - Creating a Calm Mindset - Dog Psychology & Body Language - Distraction Management Techniques Whether you're aiming to master on leash manners or enhance off-leash reliability, this program is designed for you. Sessions can be scheduled at your convenience, every 1, 2, or 3 weeks, and can take place at a location that suits your needs—whether it’s in-home, at a local park, or a private training field. Cancellation Policy
Focus K9 Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy At Focus K9, we strive to offer flexibility while ensuring the best possible training experience for all clients. Please review our cancellation and rescheduling policy to avoid unnecessary charges. Cancellation & Rescheduling: More than 48 Hours' Notice: Clients may cancel or reschedule a session and receive a full refund or credit if at least 48 hours’ notice is provided before the session start time. Less than 48 Hours' Notice: If a client does not provide 48 hours' notice, the session will be considered completed, and the full session fee will be charged. Refunds & Credits: Emergency Cancellations: In the case of an emergency, requests for refunds or credit will be considered on a case-by-case basis. If a refund or credit is granted, a $50 administrative fee may be deducted from the refunded amount. No-Show Policy: Failure to give proper notice will result in the session being charged in full. What If I'm Late? If you are running late, please contact us to let us know—we understand that delays can happen! Shortened Sessions: Sessions will be shortened by the amount of time you are late. If our schedule can accommodate additional time we will try our best. 15 Minutes or More: If you are more than 15 minutes late and we do not hear from you, the lesson will be considered complete, and the full session fee will still apply. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation with our policies, which allow us to provide a fair and efficient service for all clients
