WHAT Our Foundational Manners Group course provides the perfect, intimate environment for continuing or starting training with your new puppy or adolescent dog. More than just your average manners class, we don't just focus on simple sits, we cover foundations for teaching your dog how to settle, be successful off leash, politely walk on leash and more, through exercises and activities. Ensuring your dog will be successful is important to us. All of our excises can be tailored to your dogs skill level for that appropriate challenge level. Arrive early and ask our trainer about any problem behaviours you are experiencing like jumping, nipping or barking. Our goal is to put you on the path of becoming a responsible puppy owner while educating you how to seamlessly transition into your lifestyle. Handlers need to wear comfortable foot wear and weather appropriate clothing. Please be mindful of how and when you use rewards (not in proximity to other dogs). Owners and their dogs are participating at their own risk.
Cancellation Policy
Focus K9 Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy At Focus K9, we strive to offer flexibility while ensuring the best possible training experience for all clients. Please review our cancellation and rescheduling policy to avoid unnecessary charges. Cancellations & Rescheduling: Full Refund: Adjustments can be made at least 7 days prior to the course start date are eligible for a full refund or credit. No Refund: Adjustments made less than 7 days before the course start date are not eligible for a refund or credit. Rescheduling: Before Course Start: You may request to reschedule to a later course up to 7 days before the original course start date, subject to availability. After Course Start: Once a course has begun, rescheduling is not permitted. However, you may be able to make up missed sessions depending on availability within future group courses. No-Show & Missed Sessions: Unfortunately, due to the structure of our group courses, we cannot offer make-up sessions, refunds or credits for individually missed classes. However, if a participant misses a class, we’ll do our best to provide notes or materials from the missed session so you can stay up to date with the rest of the course. Emergencies are dealt with on a case by case basis. Thank you for understanding and helping us provide a smooth and beneficial training experience for all participants!
